Do you travel? How far? Is there a fee?
As of now we operate in the Central Valley and Los Angeles, we are working hard to open up in other locations. Travel fees may change depending on demand but are usually small. Feel free to message us about your cities, we are always expanding!
Is there a deposit, how much, and does it count towards my balance?
As of now we have a minimum of $75 non-refundable deposit for each service (photo booth, video, photography). This deposit holds the date and insures a booth. The deposit will count towards your total balance and can be paid using several online payment including Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, email invoice, and others as well as in person if desired.
How can I design the strips?
We offer a few premade templates to choose from as well as fully customizable one made tailored to your event. we can also ask for an invitation or theme of the event to come up with something. You can then review and a few changes can be made if you choose so. As many characters fit as you want but the more wording the smaller the font size.
